CNC MACHINISTS NEEDED

Flathers Precision is a high precision, high intensity CNC machining facility. Employing top of the line equipment, tools, and procedures, we have high expectations from our employees. All candidates must be posses the following talents, abilities and willingness:

Minimum 5 years RECENT HANDS-ON CNC background including setting tools in holders, setting work offsets, tool offsets, indicating tools and fixtures to within .0005 tolerance. Must be on time EVERYDAY. No excuses are tolerated. We are seeking only hard working, dedicated individuals. Must be willing to "multi-task".

CNC Milling Machinists Haas mills, vertical and horizontal, with and without pallet changers, Haas controllers. Kitamura Mycenter mills with Fanuc and Yasnac controllers, vertical and horizontal, with and without pallet changers.

CNC Lathe Machinists Omni Turn GT-75 CNC chucking lathes with bar feeders and Omni Turn controllers (new machines). Hyundai HiT-8S lathe, 6" chuck, Siemens controller.

Q.C. Inspector Familiarity with MIL-SPEC callouts, assembly detail, and all facets of machine shop inspection. Use of all Q.C. equipment a must, including surface plate, height gage, CMM, and comparator.
